With its unique approach to senior living, Summit Vista was brand new to a market already teeming with senior living concepts. They also had to meet significant occupancy goals to retain investors.

National and local data research led to an updated Summit Vista logo, a new tagline and a highly localized messaging framework. Fresh content was then disseminated through an omnichannel approach. Elements included a new website and lifecycle marketing campaigns capped with live sales presentations.
